Le 5ème arrondissement de Paris

Located on the left bank, the oldest district of the city, the 5th arrondissement of Paris represents a large portion of the Latin Quarter. Its construction dates back to Roman antiquity. Today it is a tourist area and university. There are many monuments to visit such as the Pantheon in Paris, the Jardin des Plantes where the National Museum of Natural History takes place.

The mayor of the 5th arrondissement is located at 21 Place du Pantheon. Symmetrical to the Law School, the construction of this neo-classical building inspiration starts from 1846 and ends under the Second Empire (1866-1870).
